It has a pillow-topped queen size bed, a small chest of drawers and some small shelving units.
The house is fully furnished except for a dining room set which will be added.
You will be responsible for your own food, laundry, and personal care items.

RENT IS $800.
PER MONTH, PLUS A $400.
SECURITY DEPOSIT which is refundable after move-out.
