There is a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave downstairs that you'd have to yourself (the other roommates share the upstairs fridge), so you only have to go upstairs to access the stove/oven/cupboard space.
There is a fenced backyard if you have a dog.
Landlord does not allow cats.
You'd be
sharing the house with 3 other male housemates (all 3 work full time, ranging in age from 30s-40s).
2 of them are super nice, and the 3rd guy just keeps to himself 99% of the time.
