Staffing & Scheduling ● Management is responsible to make sure they have adequate staffing to meet the business demand ● Whether they are fully staffed or not, managers should always be sourcing candidates on a weekly cadence to avoid staffing gaps ● Leverages recruiting tools to review applications and contact candidates to set up for interviews ● Looks for candidates that reflect our missions and values who is a good fit within our Culture ● Managers take into consideration their current business trends and anticipated future trends when they build their teams ● Schedule themselves in a way that enables them to prioritize and plan, including time to analyze the business and problem solve ● Build schedules that consistently supports all day parts and accurately reflects each team members’ availability and requested time off ● Takes the time to connect with their staff to see what’s working and not working; makes appropriate adjustments based off of feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $67,000.
