We are looking for a happening bassist, and the holy grail, a keyboardist.
We have a female vocalist in place, but we’re open to hearing other vocalists (female or male, or both).
We are both professionals.
Large venues, touring, session work, et al.
After relocating to the Inland Empire from DC and Minneapolis, we both realized that there’s a certain sort of band that seems to be missing here.
Something more funky, something less expected, and something tight.
We’re looking to play what others aren’t (or maybe we just haven’t seen those bands yet).
There are enough tribute bands and cover bands playing the same three sets already.
With the direction we’re approaching and the material we choose, once we find the right players, getting gigs won’t take long.
Nor will we rehearse anything to death.
In our experience, finding great players takes the most time.
If the thought of playing tight, funky, danceable grooves appeals to you (NOT: Purple Rain/Kiss, Uptown Funk, etc.
), then hit us up.
Send us some samples (audio or video)… from an old band, current band, or any original records/albums.
Anything that shows you know what’s up.
We’ll send you some stuff as well if you’re still reading…
