New at piano and want to do it right (Palm Desert)

61 year old male with a new Casio keyboard and eager to learn, not lookin for songs so much but need help using my practice time correctly and doing the right things.
The songs can come later.
I can drive to La Quinta to Rancho Mirage generally in the early weekday evenings around 5-7 PM.
I bowl on Tuesdays so not that night.
