West Marine 9.4 water tender - dinghy - $250 (palm springs ca)

I have an older West Marine 9.
4 Water Tender that is in average condition for 20+ years old but it is the same one that West Marine sells for $749 + tax today.
It's sitting in my side yard in Palm Springs but if interested I can deliver it to San Diego anytime for $50 as I have a boat in Mission Bay.
