*Title:* Manager of Programs
*Hours: *Full-time (40 hours per week, flexible to meet programs need, including evenings, weekends and holidays)
*Job Summary*:
The Manager of Programs is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a company’s programs and projects.
This includes planning, organizing, and implementing program activities to ensure Manager of Programs work closely with cross-functional teams, and clients to define program goals, objectives, and strategies.
They also monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and management.
Additionally, the Manager of Programs may be responsible for budgeting resource allocation, and performance evaluation of program staff.
*Essential Functions:* · Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
· Oversee and coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs.
· Lead a team of program coordinators and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
· Monitor program performance and effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure desired outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
· Prepare and present program reports, including progress updates and evaluation findings, to management and stake holders.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community organizations.
· Stay update on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to program management.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and expansion.
· Prepares required reports and activity/work measurement reports; compiles and analyzes financial and statistical information to improve operations and/or change service delivery methods in alignment with current agency objectives.
· Work methods or reporting requirements, set up and make enhancements to automated systems, train staff, and assist in presenting informational sessions to agency/departmental staff and staff from other agencies and departments.
· Establishes and maintains an effective internal and external customer service program.
· Attend and conduct a variety of meetings as assigned.
· Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and products.
· Responsible to safely transport clients to different company locations.
This may involve driving company vehicles or coordinating transportation services.
You would need to ensure that clients reach their destination in a timely and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
· Work closely with staff to ensure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associate.
Supervise and control indirect time.
· Responsible for long- and short-term planning and day-to-day operations.
· Manage staff in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees while providing a safe environment; hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication and discipline.
· Review and validate daily and weekly timesheets for payroll purposes.
· Hire, train, and manage a team of volunteers, kitchen staff, and other personnel.
· Work with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
· Ensure all paperwork in control areas is filed properly and that the post is functional and clean.
· Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by Program Manager, immediate supervisor and other management as required.
