The County of Riverside's Department of Facilities Management has an opportunity for Custodial Supervisor position located in Indio.
The selected candidates will inspect and evaluate the work of employees, schedule custodial operations, assist in training new employees, and follow up with customer complaints.
The incumbent will also oversee special projects such as deep cleanings, carpet and floor restorations, and emergency clean ups.
This will be a working position where the Custodial Supervisors are expected to participate in custodial work.
Candidates must be computer savvy/literate.
The most competitive candidates will have at least two years of supervisory or lead experience, have basic Excel and Outlook skills, and have knowledge of proper floor care procedures such stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
Please note that the incumbent will be required to travel to various locations throughout Riverside County.
A successful Security Clearance conducted by the Sheriffs' Department is required prior to hire.
