The Lead Specialist is responsible for reaching out to all leads in a timely manner to provide as many sits as possible for Energy Consultants.
The lead Specialist is responsible for taking inbound sales calls and making outbound sales calls from all lead sources.
This position will schedule the sit with an Energy Consultant in Sales Force/High level.
Key Responsibilities:
Reaching out to all leads via phone, email, and text.
Create the lead in SalesForce when a lead is provided from the lead source.
Add notes to the lead in SalesForce:
Reason for "Customer" inquiry.
If it's a referral, list who.
Assign the lead based on the lead distripution list.
If a lead has voiced they have not been reached out to, the Lead Specialist will communicate this to the Energy Consultant asap for a follow-up with the EC and Lead.
Ask the lead how they heard about Renova and log it into SalesForce.
Provide basic information to the lead "Customer".
Email privacy for leads/ Customers who wish to be removed from marketing and sales.
