_Customer Service/Office Manager _ Looking for a qualified individual with excellent customer service skills.
We are a small family-owned business that has been in the Coachella Valley for over 35 years with our office located in Palm Desert near Washington & Country Club Drive.
The position is available immediately.
Minimum Job Responsibilities required: -Data entry into Quickbooks and Shopify -Phone/e-mail correspondence with customers nationwide and Internationally.
Taking phone orders, answering questions, resolving problems -Website/Amazon maintenance including processing orders -Payables & Receivables We are looking for a long-term employee who will grow within the position and within the Company.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
00 - $24.
00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week Experience level: * 3 years Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Bonus opportunities * Overtime pay * Yearly bonus Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * QuickBooks: 1 year (Required) * Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
