Housekeeping Supervisor

At We Care Spa the main role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to support the Housekeeping Manager in all day to day operations.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experienced in high end hotels, hospitality and/or resorts.
Skilled in providing superior guest service.
This role is a working supervisor, responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, treatment rooms and common areas are kept clean and in pristine condition.
This is accomplished through proper cleaning techniques, successful employee management, inventory management and great communication skills.
Duties include but not limited to are: * 3 - 5 yrs.
of supervisory in hospitality, hotel or resort * Scheduling * Professional interactions with guests and employees * Assisting in training new hires * Conduct monthly linen inventory * Creation of checklists * Monitor employee performance and perform coaching and counseling when needed * Conduct annual reviews * Be the liaison with vendors We Care is a juice fasting and body detox resort that caters to a high profile clientele.
As such the strictest level of confidentiality is required.
Previous housekeeping supervisor experience is mandatory.
