*Salary: *$185,000 - $195,000 *Remote: *Work from anywhere you want.
*About the role:* California Business Lawyer & Corporate Lawyer is seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join our team.
This position will be based in Los Angeles County, CA and will report to the firm’s managing partner.
The attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters, including but not limited to real estate, business, contract, employment, criminal defense, and personal injury.
The attorney will also assist with internal operations and compliance functions.
*Requirements:* * Must have at least 4 years of experience in California Employment Law Litigation.
* California resident * California Bar License, 8 years.
*Essential Duties:* * Drafting pleadings, motions, and or motions for clients * Preparing discovery requests and responses * Preparing case briefs for court appearances * Preparing client summaries for deposition preparation * Communicating with clients regarding their cases via phone or email * Other duties as assigned by management *Competitive compensation package including base salary plus commission, health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, 401k with company match, and professional growth opportunities.
