Guided Meditations

Throughout life we are blessed with the opportunity to meditate.
I offer guided meditations via Zoom in which I lead you on a meditative journey.
The universe always offers us the medicine we need.
Do you just desire to slow down and clear your mind or do you a certain intention in mind? I will begin by asking you this.
We can begin with a conversation and then commence the meditation, eyes closed.
I am here to hold the space for you and guide you on a loving journey.
Suggested Donation $45-$70 for 30 minute meditation.
