Does your child suffer from higher than normal to crippling social anxiety? Do they hesitate to participate in group activities with friends and family? Do they suffer from this condition at school? Are they having a hard time coping with the frustration and lack of confidence? Would they like to learn some form of self-defense, but are too fearful of group classes, fearful of being looked at while they learn, afraid of learning in a group setting because of their anxiety? Do you want to help them, but you don't know how?
I can help, by coming to your home and training your child, one on one.
No audience, no group setting, a completely genuine and helpful way to learn self-defense, in the safe environment of your own home.
I'll bring the mats and you'll provide the space, either in your garage, on your back patio, or any room in your house that measures at least 12ft.

I'm a retired law enforcement officer with over 30 years of experience, who raised children to adulthood and I know all too well the challenges involved in dealing with children who not only suffer from social anxiety, but the effects of bullying.
I'm also an expert in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt, a certified Gracie Instructor that teaches law enforcement officers across the state and the country and I've been doing martial arts for the better part of 15 years.
The goal?: let's help your child find a higher level of emotional and mental wellbeing, where they'll be more comfortable with not only themselves but various social settings, at school, with family and friends and ultimately, group classes or settings at classic training studios, whether it be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Karate, Krav Maga, Ballet, Soccer, etc.
