Responsibilities:
- Teach fundamental skills such as hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Provide guidance and instruction on game strategies and tactics
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching particularly in baseball
- Knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- Experience in other sports or physical education (e.
g.
, swimming, judo, karate, basketball) is a plus
