There is a full bathroom and a small kitchen counter and sink, so live/work may be possible (but you would need to check with the city).
There's a large fireplace (not currently in working order, but it looks cool), a gas wall heater, a evaporative cooler for the main room and a window air conditioner for the back room.
There's a work sink in the 2nd room that can be removed.
Currently a (messy) art studio, can be ready by April or possibly sooner.
