*Title:* Housekeeper *Hours:* 40 hours per week *Job Summary: * The housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment within our organization.
The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all facilities, including offices, common areas, and restrooms and meeting rooms.
*Essential Functions: * * Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
* Clean and sanitize, restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring a hygienic environment.
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
* Clean and maintain windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
* Follow established procedures for the safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and materials.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Facilities Manager.
* Assist with setting up and organizing meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
* Collaborate with other members of the Facilities team to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
* Wash and dry all linen, towels.
* Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulation in performing job duties.
* Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
* Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation.
* Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required related to housekeeping.
*Qualifications* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

· Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
· Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
