*Family Syllabus: *This loving family of four in Palm Desert, CA is looking for a wonderful Full Time nanny for their family! They have 2 children, a healthy and active 8 month old and inquisitive almost 2 year old.
Dad's work requires a lot of traveling and mom is hoping to have a hands-on and intuitive nanny to support as she transitions back to work.
Ideally a team player who truly loves engaging with children and supporting all the milestones!

A nanny who is proactive and can read the room of when to jump in and out would be the perfect fit! A team player who is well-versed and enjoys getting down on the floor to engage in age-appropriate activities and guide them through all of their exciting upcoming developmental stages.
A nanny with experience with the ever-changing nature of infant and toddler milestones such as potty training and introducing new foods would be the perfect fit! Please have a clean, reliable vehicle to transport the children as outings are important.
The family is truly looking for a nanny who likes to be part of the family.
A nanny who is familiar with positive discipline and gentle parenting and will follow the parents’ wishes to raise kind and compassionate little beings! This position does require occasional traveling with the family and it is important for the nanny to have the flexibility and passion for this.

*Vaccination Requirements: *This family finds it important for their nanny to be COVID vaccinated.
*PAY: *The schedule for this position is mostly Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm, with the occasional need to travel on weekends or summers.
Guaranteed 35 hours a week pay, but may be required to work 40-45 hours per week.
This role is paying $25-$30/hour gross.
Overnights and travel will be required domestically and they are hopeful that someone can also travel internationally! The nanny would be given own room and board for privacy and time to disconnect, while traveling.
Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.

* Five years minimum of professional nanny experience
* CPR/first aid certificationExcellent references
