Joshua Tree Airbnb opportunity

We have 40 acres of land in Joshua tree California.
.
we were planning on setting up some Airbnb glamping style tents.
Unfortunately, life had other plans for us and we don't have the time to run or manage.
It's a beautiful piece of land 20 acres of flat land and 20 acres of mountain and mountain top.
Current glamping sites on Airbnb charge $150 to $1000 a night.
The opportunity is there for the right person to run and manage the property.
We are open to lease, partner or collaborate with the right person(s).
Our only rule is to respect the wildlife and not leave trash around, a family if tortoises live somewhere near and will eat anything left on the ground.
