19th Century - Antique Victorian Carousel Horse by Hirschel-Spillman of North Tonawanda, New York, hand-carved in' Country Fair Style.
' These are extremely rare and hard-to-find.
This particular horse is in excellent and well-cared for condition.
It was hand-carved and hand-painted.
It measures 49"L x 53"H (floor to tip of pole) x 11"W.
The black base (to the left of the horse) is 48"L x 24"W x 6.
5"H and bolts to the pole.
The lower pole is steel (painted black).
The upper pole is brass.
This is a decorative item.
Not advised for use with children.
The poles are removable for easy transport.
Three books on the maker will accompany the horse.
