Property management is a busy and active job, so if you enjoy helping people, and prefer to have a variety of tasks to keep you occupied through the day, this might be a good fit for you.
Keeping track of the overall condition of the property to schedule repairs, maintaining necessary paperwork, and resolving any tenant concerns are the primary day-to-day tasks.
You must be able to effectively communicate, and be able to handle any conflict with tact and professionalism, as you interact with potential and current tenants.
We have a great and dedicated team of property management staff, and headquarters administrative staff, for you to learn from and work with, and there is ongoing training offered to help you succeed as a property manager and property management assistant.
Apartment managing experience, great customer service, and knowledge of apartment software preferred.
Must have a clean DMV, reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
An apartment unit may be included in compensation.
