We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Managing the company's main email inbox and responding to inquiries promptly
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for multiple team members
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with customer support inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is an advantage
