* Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with an active California license
* Consistently displays a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and accountability

*Essential Job Functions:*
_Medical_
* All California RVT medical related job abilities
* Will train as needed
_Administrative_
* Assist Care Coordinators with answering phones as needed, using a professional and compassionate tone at all times
* Work with technology to ensure efficient workflow
* Act as a liaison between doctors, clients, and patients
* Obtain client and patient information for medical records
* Send messages to clients as needed
* Keep in consistent contact with in-hospital team members (via chat and/or phones)
* Maintain the flow of each patient visit.
Understand where each patient is during every step of the visit process, and consistently keep clients updated
* As needed, assist with performing daily callbacks to check on patients and answer client questions
* Assist all other healthcare team members as needed
* Other duties as needed/assigned
