We have a large 1BR Villa (which can comfortably accommodate 4) at Westin Desert Willow (for 4/12-4/15, 3 nights), and Westin Mission Hills (for 4/19-4/21, for 2 nights), in Palm Springs, during the Coachella Music Festival and StageCoach (both weekends).
1BR are approximately 880 Sq Ft villas with a full kitchen.
