The home is located right along the 7th green of the Lakes Nine in the historic Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
BDCC was home of the original Bob Hope Classic for nearly 50 years.
Bermuda Dunes borders the cities of Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio, and Indian Wells, and is a short distance from Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, and into Palm Springs.

The dining room has a beautiful family heirloom handmade marble table with new chairs for your sit down dinner needs.
In addition to the high-end Viking appliances and a wine fridge, the kitchen is supplied with plenty of cooking supplies, cooking tools, utensils and dishes for preparing and cooking everything from snacks, a quick meal or formal feasts.
There is an attached two car garage to keep you car out of the blazing desert sun, high speed internet with a mesh system throughout the house and dual AC system with great connection throughout the entire property.
We also keep two bicycles in the garage for your use as well.
