King in Master with Master Bathroom
Two Twin Beds in second bedroom w/ possible queen topper if reserving prior to festival.
During Coachella the toppers are very popular not always possible to reserve one so should be satisfied with two twins.
The second bathroom is outside of all bedrooms near the washer and dryer within the unit.
The resort has a small store onsite for all those extra items ie: sunscreen, snacks, drinks etc.
The property is peaceful with small water streams and ducks.
It can also be a fun pool party with BBQ and Lazy River.
Floating devices might be provided.
Again, depends on the demand.

For your safety, swimming or playing in the lakes on the property is prohibited.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
