maintenance assistant (Coachella Valley)

I am looking for a part- part time maintenance assistant.
My company does repairs on commercial properties.
You must have reliable transporation and a cell phone.
Saturday availability a plus.
Hours are variable, usually in the morning hours.
Number of hours a week depends on work load, usually 10-20 hours.
Sometimes higher.
Must have experience, at least 10 years.
I will pay up to $30/hr but only after observing performance.
Start pay is $20/hr.
Need to have good communication skills and be detail orientated.
