Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in:
Providing quality repair and maintenance skills
General Installations and Repairs including buy not limited to:
painting skills
Drywall repair
Basic carpentry
Flooring
Plumbing-Installation & Repairs
Basic diagnostic appliance knowledge
Knowledge on how to work home devices (TV, Internet, Modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick) etc.
Knowledge and skill for working applications on smart phone to input receipts.
open and close work orders.
Candidate also needs to have the following traits:
Great attitude!
Excellent attention to detail and great organization skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Ability to Plan your work, to maximize efficiency , and get more done with less stress
Team Player - who can communicate and work with their team
