You would be using the full bathroom (shower, bath, sink) which is close by just down the hall, and even though it’s not a private bathroom, the other people in the house have their own ensuites so it would be predominantly used by you.
The property is 5 acres located in the heart of wine country, with an in-ground pool and hot tub, outside lounges, and sauna.
The large open-plan house has a sunken lounge, another pillow lounge area, a breakfast table, and a large kitchen with all the utilities and the stove on a kitchen island.
There is a separate full bathroom, and two other bedrooms downstairs, one of which may be rented out, keeping the third bedroom for guests.
There is a full laundry and double garage which is used for storage, gym equipment and a ping-pong table.
The garden is maintained by the owner.

Although I love bass music and parties I also enjoy a lot of quiet time and appreciate the tranquility of this property.
