Firm Administrator / Accounting We are seeking a self-motivated, high attention to detail firm administrator to help with web development project tracking, daily time recording of employees, HR duties, accounting: invoicing, collections, accounts payable & receivables.
You will work closely with CEO, Project Managers and CPA Firm.
Primary responsibilities and requirements: Track projects based on proposal to make sure they are on time and budget.
Manage employees daily time submission into time tracker software and enter / sync hours into QuickBooks for invoices.
Manage HR portal for employees.
This includes Paid Time Off tracking (PTO), Employees Manuals, Health Care Documents, 401k Documents, Payroll, etc.
Payroll: work with CPA / Business Management firm to process payroll hours collected on the 15th and 30th of the month.
Must be proficient Microsoft Office products.
Must have strong skill set in QuickBooks online for AP / AR duties and work with CPA / Business management firm monthly.
