*Full time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant *needed immediately.
If you have experience as an Administrative Assistant with some accounting knowledge, please submit your resume.
Current or past experience working in a CPA firm is a PLUS.
The role will have a wide range of responsibilities that include (but not limited to) reception, administration, light accounting and payroll.
*Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:* - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Client invoicing, A/R, A/P, Payroll - Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records - Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Provide exceptional customer support to clients or customers *Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant Experience:* - 5 years or more previous experience as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office - Familiarity with file management systems and document organization - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software, payroll, a/r, a/c, invoicing is a plus - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Working experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus To apply for this Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant position, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience.
